Preparing the building site and foundation work

All versions of our summerhouses and tool stores need to have a proper foundation for sound structural reasons and to ensure the integrity of the wooden structure - after all, you want your jewel of the garden to last a long time!
A perfectly horizontal, flat, surface is also a prerequisite for the smooth construction by you if you have chosen DIY installation, or for our professional construction team.

We strongly recommend a reinforced concrete base be laid prior to installation of your building. A cheaper option would be a foundation of compacted gravel with paving slabs upon which the building can rest.

The foundation work can be performed by our experienced teams and we are happy to include the cost in a detailed offer. Alternatively, if you wish to DIY or use your own builder to provide this service, then we can supply you with a specification sheet.

Delivery and assembly in-house

The delivery time is approximately 8 weeks from receipt of your firm order. Supplied with all flooring, roofing, fitting bolts, angle connectors. Assembly instructions are also included where the DIY option has been selected. An intelligent system design and implementation with just the right connections enable a simple and speedy installation.
The delivery cost of the building kit is distance dependent and can be calculated in an offer.
